My Gorilla Video feels iTunes is the best program to view & manage Podcasts, however, you can use many other programs to find & download podcasts; some such programs are, Juice, WinAmp, & PodcastAmp. You can also find podcasts manualy by searching "podcast" or "RSS" in google.

The best way to enter a podcast into iTunes is to, open the "advanced" tab on the file menu. Then click "Suscribe to a podcast" & enter the URL. For example My Gorilla Videos Podcast URL is: http://gorillavideo.libsyn.com/rss

iTunes Juice, & WinAmp have podcast directories built into them but you can also use online podcast directories to find new podcasts such as:
